itsmattkc aae756b44c fixed regression from moving length to a nodeparam
Splitting commands would run CopyInputs after set_length. Since length is now
a parameter (aka a NodeInput) the former would override the latter breaking the
implementation. This commit fixes that.

itsmattkc 6a4dcc673a implemented external xml/shader loading for transitions as well as regular nodes
Transitions are nodes but have a few parameters that are programmatic and always
required. This lets people write external code for transitions as well.

itsmattkc d4ee33405b implemented speed/duration dialog and most of its functionality
An earlier commit implementing media in and out parameters was primarily for
this addition. A simple control dialog for the clip's speed presentation
reimplemented from the old codebase.

This commit adds the background functionality of the render cache invalidating
whenever a footage's color space is changed. This includes when the project's
configuration is changed as well.

itsmattkc a9f59b54de ensures copied graph is updated when values are copied
While the copied graph doesn't pick up InvalidateCache signals, some node
processing relies on NodeInput update signals to update their internals
correctly.

itsmattkc c0802c05ad make block values input parameters rather than class members
This allows these values (length and media in) to be modified in the node
graph and for all the automated node input functions to work with them.

itsmattkc 323718bc11 moved timeline undoable commands to using the new NodeAddCommand
Previous iteration used some "magic code" that added clips automatically to the
timeline. This was functional but ultimately outside of the undo commands'
control meaning nodes could be infinitely added and abandoned. This makes the
add process part of the undo command which means it's all undoable as the user
would expect.

itsmattkc 26b3993b9d made vast improvements to rendering engine and node structure
This was many changes that were largely fundamentally related. They included:
- More const modifiers to enforce read only node graphs
- Support for fragment and vertex shaders from the nodes
- Support for node code loaded externally (embedded into the binary)
- Fixed issue preventing two textures from being used in a shader
- Removed several unused functions and cleaned up code
- Fixed video media node misreading its matrix input

itsmattkc 5819b451fd enforce read-only/stateless structure of new rendering system
Most if not all Node references are const now, so their state is entirely
held in the renderers rather than the Nodes themselves.

itsmattkc 0c6ec926b6 started base transition type
Like the base "Block" type, the "Transition" type will not be a node used on its
own, it will have to be derived. This type defines some basic behavior for a
transition (e.g. how much it overlaps its "from" and "to" blocks).

itsmattkc 5227e10f39 render one frame per thread for increased parallelism
If the nodes are now stateless, there's nothing stopping the renderer from
rendering multiple frames at once. Earlier since the nodes held some of their
input/output data (and that data could change per frame), it was not possible
to render multiple frames at once without conflicts. Now that the node state is
held in render threads, they can do whatever they want at any time.

itsmattkc c32a1c8be2 removed last of the NodeOutput dependencies
Since all Nodes have an output that provides all output values now, we now
never need to add an output from a Node derivative. These changes remove the
last of them and disable the ability to add more outputs from a derivative.
