I've add `shift shift` as a default keybinding to open command palette,
when using JetBrains keymap, along with the already existing
`cmd-shift-a`. This isn't quite right, as in JetBrains, `cmd-shift-a`
opens the actions modal, which would be our command palette, and `shift
shift` actually opens up a view for searching everything, commands,
actions, settings, etc - we do not have a unified modal for these
things, so I think this is the best thing we can do. Some users might
want to change this to be our file picker, but I think adding it as the
default at least puts it on their radar that they can use this type of
binding; they can change it if they want.
Release Notes:
- Added `shift shift` as a default binding to open the command palette
in the JetBrains keymap.
I previously put this logic directly into `project.rs`, but it doesn't
feel good to pollute that code with telemetry logic, so I've moved it
over to `telemetry.rs`.

We recently reduced the set of ignored labels down to a single label: "ignore top-ranking issues." It makes sense that we don't allow for multiple to be registered in this script now.
I'm not a huge fan of passing around a boolean all around the place, but
this will tame the events for now until we have a better solution.

Data migration plan:
- [X] Make a duplicate table of `copilot_events`
- Name: `inline_completion_events`
- Omit `suggestion_id` column
- [X-reverted-skipping] In collab, continue to match on copilot_events,
but simply stuff their data into inline_completion_events, to forward it
to the new table
- [skipping] Once collab is deployed, ensure no events are being sent to
copilot_events, migrate `copilot_events` to new table via a transaction
- [skipping] Delete `copilot_events` table
---
- [X] Locally test that copilot events sent from old clients get put
into inline_completions_table
- [X] Locally test that copilot events and supermaven events sent from
new clients get put into inline_completions_table
---
- [X] Why are discard events being spammed?

This will throw off the past results for accepted / dismissed that I was
wanting to use to evaluate Supermaven quality, by comparing its rate
with copilot's rate.
I'm not super thrilled with this fix, but I think it'll do. In the
`supermaven_completions_provider`, we check if there's a `completion_id`
before sending either an accepted or discard completion event. I don't
see a similar construct in the `copilot_completions_provider` to
piggyback off of, so I begrudgingly introduced
`should_allow_event_to_send` and had it follow the same pattern that
`completion_id` does. Maybe there's a better way?

Adds events to supermaven suggestions. Makes "CopilotEvents" generic ->
"InlineCompletionEvents".

We are still getting comments from users saying they didn't know we had
extensions until just now. This doesn't fix anything for existing users,
but it helps make new users more aware, earlier on. There's probably
more we need to do for discoverability, but this feels like it should
help.

I saved the `file_types.json` file and got a diff because it had some
trailing whitespace. I ran
[`lineman`](https://github.com/JosephTLyons/lineman) on the codebase.
I've done this before, but this time, I've added in the following
settings to our `.zed` local settings, to make sure every future save
respects our desire to have consistent whitespace formatting.
```json
"remove_trailing_whitespace_on_save": true,
"ensure_final_newline_on_save": true
```

In addition to `ctrl-tab` and `ctrl-shift-tab`, VS Code allows changing
the selection in the tab switcher via the up and down arrow keys.
Release Notes:
- Added bindings to allow `up` and `down` arrow keys to be used while
the tab switcher is open.

This doesn't address `vue` as it has a slightly different install code,
but it should be fairly simple to add - I'll add it in in a follow-up.
This PR will allow all (except `vue`) node-based language servers to
update. It is mostly just throwing in a method into the `NodeRuntime`
trait that is used for checking if a package doesn't exist locally, or
is out of date, by checking the version against what's newest, and
installing. If any parsing of the `package.json` data fails along the
way, it assumes something has gone awry on the users system, logs the
error, and then proceeds with trying to install the package, so that
users don't get stuck on version if their package has some bad data.
Outside of adding this method, it just adds that check in all of the
language server's individual `fetch_server_binary` methods.
Release Notes:
- Added updating for node-based language servers
([#9234](https://github.com/zed-industries/zed/issues/9234)).
This PR removes the feedback button from the status bar, as Nathan and I
discussed. We discussed the fact that we likely no longer need to take
up valuable screen real estate for this, with where Zed as at now.
This PR also moves the `Share Feedback...` collab menu item to the
`Help` menu, as that's where VS Code puts their action to send in-app
feedback (which might help with future discoverability) and renames it
to `Give Feedback...`, to make it consistent with the name of the
command palette action.
Release Notes:
- Removed the feedback button from the status bar.

Right now, we can engage `Only show installed`, but I've been wanting to
be able to filter down to just uninstalled extensions too, so I can
browse things I don't have. I changed this to have 2 checkboxes,
`Installed` and `Not installed` and both are on by default. You deselect
them to filter down.

Release Notes:
- Allow extensions list to be filtered down to both installed and not
installed.
Because the `repository` url field is defined via the user's
`extension.json` file, a user could insert a malicious link. I want to
be able to preview repository urls before clicking the button.
Release Notes:
- Add url preview tooltip to repository link in extensions view.
Making media up for release notes / tweets is becoming very time
consuming. I spoke to Max and suggested we ask users to submit media for
their features, to reduce what we need to produce for tweets and such. I
dont know if this is the best way to signal it; I don't like adding more
to the PR template, but I'm not sure of a better way at the moment.
