- Remove Zed-specific test group overrides from nextest.toml

- Simplify gitignore to generic development patterns
The nix/flake configuration was for building the Zed editor,
not for GPUI as a library. A new Nix configuration can be
added later if needed for GPUI development.
Remove keymaps, prompts, settings, themes, sounds, icons, badges, and images
that are specific to the Zed editor. The fonts directory is retained as it
may be useful for GPUI examples.
These are tailored for Zed's release process, collab deployment,
extension system, and community management. A fresh CI setup
will be needed for the GPUI community edition.
- Removed all GPL/AGPL licensed crates (183 crates)
- Kept 19 Apache-licensed crates including gpui and dependencies
- Restored tooling/perf (Apache-licensed, needed by util_macros)
- Removed ztracing/zlog dependencies (GPL) from sum_tree and watch
- Removed Zed-specific infrastructure files (Dockerfiles, compose, etc)
- Removed extensions and most of tooling directory
GPUI and its dependencies now compile successfully.
We were panicking whenever something went wrong with an example in the
CLI. This can be very disruptive when running many examples, and e.g a
single request fails. Instead, if running more than one example, errors
will now be logged alongside instructions to explore and re-run the
example by itself.

You can still opt in to stop as soon as en error occurs with the new
`--failfast` argument.

Currently we have a single cache for this data shared between all
snapshots which is incorrect, as we might update the cache to a new
version while having old snapshots around which then may try to access
new data with old offsets/rows.
