Follow-up to: https://github.com/zed-industries/zed/pull/32637
When Zed is installed in a path containing spaces (e.g.,
`/Applications/Zed Nightly.app/Contents/MacOS/zed`), environment
variable loading fails and leaves this in the Zed log:
```
login shell exited with exit status: 127. stdout: "", stderr: "Nightly.app/Contents/MacOS/zed --printenv >&0: /Applications/Zed: No such file or directory"
```
This was not part a release (only broke in nightly), but fixes it the
issue in any case when the path to the Zed.app bundle has a space (e.g.
"Zed Nightly.app")

Some VPN configurations require that websockets present a user agent.
This adds it in directly for the repl usage. I wish there was a way to
reuse the user agent from the `cx.http_client`, but I'm not seeing a
simple way to do that for the moment since it's not on the `HttpClient`
trait.
No release notes since this feature hasn't been announced/exposed.

This PR introduces a unified interface for both native and remote
kernels through the `RunningKernel` trait. When either the native kernel
or the remote kernels are started, they return a `Box<dyn
RunningKernel>` to make it easier to work with the session. As a bonus
of this refactor, I've dropped some of the mpsc channels to instead opt
for passing messages directly to `session.route(message)`. There was a
lot of simplification of `Session` by moving responsibilities to
`NativeRunningKernel`.
No release notes yet until this is finalized.
* [x] Detect remote kernelspecs from configured remote servers
* [x] Launch kernel on demand
For now, this allows you to set env vars `JUPYTER_SERVER` and
`JUPYTER_TOKEN` to access a remote server. `JUPYTER_SERVER` should be a
base path like `http://localhost:8888` or
`https://notebooks.gesis.org/binder/jupyter/user/rubydata-binder-w6igpy4l/`

implementation easy to get started with. No release notes until this is
all hooked up.

The R kernel doesn't use base64 padding whereas the Python kernel (via
matplotlib) sometimes uses padding. We have to use the `base64` crate's
`Indifferent` mode.

On x86 Macs BOOL is not the same within the `objc` crate we're using.
This only comes up on nightly builds (not on CI), so I don't think I
have a way to trigger this issue locally.

This upgrades `nbformat` and `runtimelib` to handle jupyter types with
even more validation and flexiblity. This also processes any multiline
string data coming from the kernel, including with image data (like
`image/png`). While I was at it I also fixed a longstanding issue around
images by eliminating all whitespace (something `atob` does) and using
the no pad decoder.

This is the start of a notebook UI for Zed.
`🔔 Note: This won't be useable yet when it is merged! Read below. 🔔`
This is going to be behind a feature flag so that we can merge this
initial PR and then make follow up PRs. Release notes will be produced
in a future PR.
Minimum checklist for merging this:
* [x] All functionality behind the `notebooks` feature flag (with env
var opt out)
* [x] Open notebook files in the workspace
* [x] Remove the "Open Notebook" button from title bar
* [x] Incorporate text style refinements for cell editors
* [x] Rely on `nbformat` crate for parsing the notebook into our
in-memory format
* [x] Move notebook to a `gpui::List`
* [x] Hook up output rendering

Initial runtimes UI panel. The main draw here is that all message
subscription occurs with two background tasks that run for the life of
the kernel. Follow on to #12062
* [x] Disable previous cmd-enter behavior only if runtimes are enabled
in settings
* [x] Only show the runtimes panel if it is enabled via settings
* [x] Create clean UI for the current sessions

## Other missing features
The following is a list of missing functionality or expectations that
are out of scope for this PR.
### Python Environments
Detecting python environments should probably be done in a separate PR
in tandem with how they're used with LSP. Users likely want to pick an
environment for their project, whether a virtualenv, conda env, pyenv,
poetry backed virtualenv, or the system. Related issues:
* https://github.com/zed-industries/zed/issues/7646
* https://github.com/zed-industries/zed/issues/7808
* https://github.com/zed-industries/zed/issues/7296
### LSP Integration
* Submit `complete_request` messages for completions to interleave
interactive variables with LSP
* LSP for IPython semantics (`%%timeit`, `!ls`, `get_ipython`, etc.)

This adds the ability to set the keep alive as an integer, including
`-1` for staying alive indefinitely until a new model is loaded or
Ollama exits. I've also set the default to `-1` so that models stay
ready to go for Zed to use.
Release Notes:

Closes#4424.
A few design decisions that may need some rethinking or later PRs:
* Other providers have a check for authentication. I use this
opportunity to fetch the models which doubles as a way of finding out if
the Ollama server is running.
* Ollama has _no_ API for getting the max tokens per model
* Ollama has _no_ API for getting the current token count
https://github.com/ollama/ollama/issues/1716
* Ollama does allow setting the `num_ctx` so I've defaulted this to
4096. It can be overridden in settings.
* Ollama models will be "slow" to start inference because they're
loading the model into memory. It's faster after that. There's no UI
affordance to show that the model is being loaded.
Release Notes:
- Added an Ollama Provider for the assistant. If you have
[Ollama](https://ollama.com/) running locally on your machine, you can
enable it in your settings under:
```jsonc
"assistant": {
"version": "1",
"provider": {
"name": "ollama",
// Recommended setting to allow for model startup
"low_speed_timeout_in_seconds": 30,
}
}
Open up the terminal to download new models via `ollama pull`:
Additionally, the internal `ToolView` trait used by the registry is now
called `InternalToolView`.
This should make it a bit easier to understand that the `ToolView` is
intended for a `gpui::View` (implementing `Render`). It does still feel
like more could be merged here but I think the built tools are now a bit
clearer.
Release Notes:
Improves the descriptions for some of the tools. I wish we had metrics
to back up changes in how the model responds to tool schema changes so
anecdotally I'm just going to say this _seems_ improved.
Release Notes:
This shows "Researching..." as placeholder text as early as possible so
that the user can see the model is working on reading/researching/etc.
This also adds on an `Option<Value>` to the `render_running` function so
that tools can hopefully render based on partially completed JSON (still
to come).
