I saw over the weekend some social media posts that indicated people
didn't know which languages are included in Zed by default. We do say
that on each language-specific page, but I figured having this
high-level view on the languages page wouldn't hurt.

This PR fixes some language links in the docs.
The Shell Script page wasn't being linked from `SUMMARY.md`, so no page
was being generated.
There were also some differences in the language lists in the sidebar
and on the top-level languages page.

icon_theme_selector: Add footer and related docs ( #25042 )

I've seen that the Theme modal has a footer with 2 links: Theme Docs
(which links to Configuration > Themes) on the left, Install Themes on
the right. I've basically done the same to the Icon Theme modal -
however we seem to be missing a Configuration > Icon Themes doc, I've
basically checked how it was made for Themes and pretty much adapted for
Icon Themes. Maybe a better solution would be to combine both. Or add
Icon themes section under Themes.
I hope somebody from Zed can have a look and adapt this PR where needed.

This is a fixup for #19410 .
Apparently, `mdbook` requires a reference to the document from the
`SUMMARY.md`. This fixes the 404

This PR builds upon the vim mode documentation page and aims bring the
following improvements:
- Separate vim mode-specific configuration from introducing vim mode.
- Reformat some lists of provided commands and keymaps from code blocks
to sub-sections containing tables.
- Flesh out the text a little bit to make it more explicit in some
parts.
- Generally format notes and a couple of other things closer to some
other docs pages.
Checking the diff doesn't give a good idea of the changes, so here are
some before after images for quick examples of the kinds of changes
brought by this PR.

This PR significantly expands the assistant documentation, breaking it
out into sections, adding examples and further documenting features.
This PR introduces a convention in docs for swapping keybindings for mac
vs linux:
`<kbd>cmd-enter|ctrl-enter</kbd>`
In the above example, the first will be shown for mac, the second for
linux or windows.
TODO:
- [ ] Fix table style (for `/assistant/configuration`)
- [x] Add script to swap keybindings based on platform
- It should take in this format: [`cmd-n` (mac)|`ctrl-n`(linux)] and
return just the correct binding for the viewer's platform.
- [ ] Add image/video assets (non-blocking)
