Max Brunsfeld 8922156923 Restructure how bracket pairs are overridden to unify lists 
This way, a bracket pair that is disabled in a given scope can still be skipped, if
it was auto-closed before that scope existed.

Antonio Scandurra 92f0e4fd74 Don't auto-complete do...end 
Implementing this properly is a bit finicky, and it's unclear this
is even expected, e.g. VS Code and Atom don't auto-complete do/end
for Ruby, although VS Code does auto-complete do/end for Elixir. We
can add it if it's something the Elixir folks want us to implement.
