Nathan Sobo 7e6cccfa3d WIP: Stream in completions 
Drop dependency on tokio introduced by async-openai and do it ourselves.

The approach I'm taking of replacing instead of appending is causing issues. Need to just append.

Antonio Scandurra 339069b1d3 Cap MessageStream buffer size to 1MB 
We temporarily let it grow when the message size exceed the limit,
but restore the buffer's capacity shortly after. This ensures that,
for each connection in its entire lifetime, we only ever use 1MB.

Nathan Sobo 78afbb3599 Remove async-std and surf from client 
Switch to isahc library. It's not as fancy, but it works and has a smaller footprint.
