Release Notes:
- settings: Major internal changes to settings. The primary user-facing
effect is that some settings which did not make sense in project
settings files are no-longer read from there. (For example the inline
blame settings)

serde 1.0.221 introduced serde_core into the build graph, which should
render explicitly depending on serde_derive for faster build times an
obsolote method.
Besides, I'm not even sure if that worked for us. My hunch is that at
least one of our deps would have `serde` with derive feature enabled..
and then, most of the crates using `serde_derive` explicitly were also
depending on gpui, which depended on `serde`.. thus, we wouldn't have
gained anything from explicit dep on `serde_derive`

This removes around 900 unnecessary clones, ranging from cloning a few
ints all the way to large data structures and images.
A lot of these were fixed using `cargo clippy --fix --workspace
--all-targets`, however it often breaks other lints and needs to be run
again. This was then followed up with some manual fixing.
I understand this is a large diff, but all the changes are pretty
trivial. Rust is doing some heavy lifting here for us. Once I get it up
to speed with main, I'd appreciate this getting merged rather sooner
than later.

A user on Discord reported an issue where the minimap thumb was fully
opaque:
<img
src="https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/5049c6a3-f89a-4ceb-9d1b-ec06e7fe9151"
height="300">
This can happen because the scrollbar and its thumb might not
neccessarily be transparent at all.
Thus, this PR adds the`minimap.thumb.background` and
`minimap.thumb.border` colors to themes so theme authors can specify
custom colors for both here.
Furthermore, I ensured that the minimap thumb background fallback value
can never be entirely opaque. The values were arbitrarily chosen to
avoid the issue from occuring whilst keeping currently working setups
working. With the new properties added, authors (and users) should be
able to avoid running into this issue altogether so I would argue for
this special casing to be fine. However, open to change it should a
different approach be preferrred.
Release Notes:
- Added `minimap.thumb.background` and `minimap.thumb.border` to themes
to customize the thumb color and background of the minimap.
- Fixed an issue where the minimap thumb could be opaque if the theme
did not specify a color for the thumb.
Follow-up to #28064
This PR adds the `scrollbar_thumb_active_background` to themes and uses
it for the editor scrollbars to color these whilst they are being
dragged. This way, we provide the best customizabiliy for the scrollbars
and enable theme authors to add good contrasts between all the three
states `ScrollbarThumbState::Idle`, `ScrollbarThumbState::Hovered` and
ScrollbarThumbState::Dragging`.
It also adds this to the VsCode theme importer so any future imported
themes will have this set as well.
Whenever the property is not set, I decided it is best to fall back to
the normal `thumb_background` for the time being, as this way the
distinction and contrast between hovered and active state is better than
having the same color for hovering and dragging the scrollbar.
Example with active color set via `experimental.theme_overrides` in the
settings:

Release Notes:
- Added the `scrollbar.thumb.active_background` color to themes. Theme
authors can use this property in combination with
`scrollbar.thumb.hover_background` to customize the color of the editor
scrollbar thumbs while these are hovered or being dragged.
This PR allows the `theme-importer` utility to handle comma-separated
token scopes.
Normally, a token in a VS Code theme is defined as either a string or a
string array:
```json
{
"scope": "token.debug-token",
"settings": {
"foreground": "#d55fde"
}
},
{
"name": "String interpolation",
"scope": [
"punctuation.definition.template-expression.begin",
"punctuation.definition.template-expression.end",
"punctuation.section.embedded"
],
"settings": {
"foreground": "#d55fde"
}
},
```
However, [some
themes](https://github.com/tal7aouy/theme/blob/ac85540d6494cf3b7dffd6adc8a06af6c1dd4b0d/src/variants/TokenColors.ts#L1771-L1777)
seem to use comma-separated values in a single scope string which VS
Code seems to accept as well:
```json
{
"name": "Comments",
"scope": "comment, punctuation.definition.comment",
"settings": {
"foreground": "#7f848e"
}
},
```
This PR handles these definitions by splitting scopes by commas before
trying to match them with the scopes that match Zed syntax tokens.

Release Notes:
- Added support for `background_color` in `syntax` map in `theme.json`.
This adds support for setting a `background_color` for styles inside the
`syntax` map for themes defined in `theme.json`. The field is optional
so there should be no backwards compatibility issues.
It is worth noting that the current behaviour for selecting text is that
the background colours will mix/blend (I'm not sure the correct term
here). Changing this behaviour, or making it configurable, looks to be a
far more complex issue and I'm not sure I know how to do it.
Builds on top of existing work from #2249, but here's a showcase:

This PR removes the themes defined using the `UserTheme` types, as we're
now loading the themes via JSON.
The `theme_importer` has also been reworked to read in a VS Code theme
and output a new JSON theme.

This PR fixes the names of the Rosé Pine themes.
We want to keep the Unicode "é" in the theme name, both because this is
the actual name of the theme, and also to maintain parity with Zed1.

This PR adjusts the status colors we import from the VS Code theme to be
the right ones.
Instead of looking at the Git status colors, we use the
`editorGutter.addedBackground`, `editorGutter.modifiedBackground`, and
`editorGutter.deletedBackground` colors for added, modified, and deleted
status colors, respectively.

If this value isn't set then we fall back to the `editor.background`.

This PR adds support for adding a specific set of mappings from Zed
syntax tokens to VS Code scopes for a particular theme family.
We can use this as a fallback when we aren't otherwise able to rely on
the mappings in the theme importer, as sometimes it isn't possible to
make a specific enough matcher that works across all of the themes.
