Marshall Bowers	fc8e515fe8	Enable clippy::too_many_arguments (#8734) ... This PR enables the [`clippy::too_many_arguments`](https://rust-lang.github.io/rust-clippy/master/index.html#/too_many_arguments) rule. Marshall Bowers	91d1146d97	Replace lazy_static! with OnceLock in collab crate (#8677) ... This PR replaces a `lazy_static!` usage in the `collab` crate with `OnceLock` from the standard library.
