We were using `std::path::Path::strip_prefix` to determine which
repository an absolute path belongs to, which doesn't work when the
paths are Windows-style but the code is running on unix. Replace it with
a platform-agnostic implementation of `strip_prefix`.
Release Notes:

unix guest
Closes#39172
This refactors when we resolve UI keybindings in an effort to reduce
flickering whilst painting these: Previously, we would always resolve
these upon creating the binding. This could lead to cases where the
corresponding context was not yet available and no binding could be
resolved, even if the binding was then available on the next presented
frame. Following that, on the next rerender of whatever requested this
keybinding, the keybind for that context would then be found, we would
render that and then also win a layout shift in that process, as we went
from nothing rendered to something rendered between these frames.
With these changes, this now happens less often, because we only look
for the keybinding once the context can actually be resolved in the
window.

These changes update the way the file finder decides wether to only look
for an absolute path or for a relative path too.
When the provided query started with a slash (`/`) the file finder would
assume this to be an absolute path so would always try to find an
absolute path and return no matches if none was found. This is meant to
support situtations where, for example, a CLI tool might output the
absolute path of a file and the user can copy and paste that in the file
finder.
However, it's should be possible to use slash (`/`) at the start of the
query to specify that only relative files inside a folder should be
matched, which would not work in this scenario.
With these changes, the file finder will first check if the path is
absolute and, if it is and no absolute matches were found, it'll still
try to find relative matches, otherwise it'll simply look for relative
matches.

### Background
On Windows, paths are normally separated by `\`, unlike mac and linux
where they are separated by `/`. When editing code in a project that
uses a different path style than your local system (e.g. remoting from
Windows to Linux, using WSL, and collaboration between windows and unix
users), the correct separator for a path may differ from the "native"
separator.
Previously, to work around this, Zed converted paths' separators in
numerous places. This was applied to both absolute and relative paths,
leading to incorrect conversions in some cases.
### Solution
Many code paths in Zed use paths that are *relative* to either a
worktree root or a git repository. This PR introduces a dedicated type
for these paths called `RelPath`, which stores the path in the same way
regardless of host platform, and offers `Path`-like manipulation APIs.
RelPath supports *displaying* the path using either separator, so that
we can display paths in a style that is determined at runtime based on
the current project.
The representation of absolute paths is left untouched, for now.
Absolute paths are different from relative paths because (except in
contexts where we know that the path refers to the local filesystem)
they should generally be treated as opaque strings. Currently we use a
mix of types for these paths (std::path::Path, String, SanitizedPath).

This removes around 900 unnecessary clones, ranging from cloning a few
ints all the way to large data structures and images.
A lot of these were fixed using `cargo clippy --fix --workspace
--all-targets`, however it often breaks other lints and needs to be run
again. This was then followed up with some manual fixing.
I understand this is a large diff, but all the changes are pretty
trivial. Rust is doing some heavy lifting here for us. Once I get it up
to speed with main, I'd appreciate this getting merged rather sooner
than later.

When open multiple worktree, using `file_finder` to create a new file
shoud respect current focused worktree.
test case:
```
project:
worktree A
file1
worktree B
file2 <- focused
```
when focused `file2`, `ctrl-p` toggle `file_finder` to create `file3`
should exists in worktreeB.
I try add test case for `CreateNew` in file_finder, but found not
worked, if you help me, I can try add this test case.

The current filter icon button in the file finder picker footer confused
me because it is a really a toggleable button that adds a specific
filter. From the icon used, I was expecting more configuration options
rather than just one. Also, I was really wanting a way to trigger it
with the keyboard, even if I need my mouse to initially learn about the
keybinding.
So, this PR transforms that icon button into an actual popover trigger,
in which (for now) there's only one filter option. However, being a menu
is cool because it allows to accomodate more items like, for example,
"Include Git Submodule Files" and others, in the future. Also, there's
now a keybinding that you can hit to open that popover, as well as an
indicator that pops in to communicate that a certain item inside it has
been toggled.
Lastly, also added a keybinding to the "Split" menu in the spirit of
making everything more keyboard accessible!

The lookup was disabled due to concerns of being forced to traverse many
gitignored file entries. Since Zed does not index these eagerly, but
only contents of the directories that are parent to the gitignored file
entries, it might be not that bad — let's see how much improvement it
provides.

Closes#27073
Currently, when searching for a file with Ctrl+P, and the first file
found is the active one, file_finder skips focus to the second file
automatically. This PR adds a setting to disable this and make the first
file always the focused one.
Default setting is still skipping the active file.
Release Notes:
- Added the `skip_focus_for_active_in_search` setting for the file
finder, which allows turning off the default behavior of skipping focus
on the active file while searching in the file finder.

This happened because of two reasons:
- `Workspace::recent_navigation_history` didn't include the current file
- The context picker added the current file to a exclude list
The latter was actually intentional because we already show the file in
the suggested context, but now that we actually have mentions, it's just
inconvenient not to have it there.

It doesn't make sense to have `Pixels: Mul<Pixels, Output = Pixels>` as
the output should be `Pixels^2` (area), so these impls are removed. All
code where these impls were used are improved by instead multiplying by

Also adds math op impls that are present for `Pixels` but absent for
`ScaledPixels`. Adds missing `Mul<Pixels> for usize` to both.

Closes#25045
With the setting `"use_system_path_prompts": false`, previously, if the
completion target was a directory, no separator would be added after it,
requiring us to manually append a `/` or `\`. Now, if the completion
target is a directory, a `/` or `\` will be automatically added. On
Windows, both `/` and `\` are considered valid path separators.

This PR fixes a bug where using the project diff editor to restore hunks
from a file that's not open in its own buffer would cause those reverts
to be lost once the project diff drops its excerpts for that file.
The fix is to save the buffers after restoring them but before the
excerpts are (potentially) dropped. This is done for the project diff
editor only. If we fail to save the affected files, we add their buffers
to the active workspace, so that the reverted contents are preserved and
the user can try again to save them.
