This is related to #9428
I noticed that doing a search and replace for the beginning of a line
`^` results in the trailing line being included in the search. This
seems to be because of the way the range is generated for generating
matches being the up to the start of the trailing line rather than up to
the end of the last line.
I added a test and took a stab at fixing it but it is a bit yolo as this
is the first time I've seen this codebase.
Fixing the "r" action just involved adapting `normal_replace` to replace
multiple characters.
Fixing the "shift-r" command was less straightforward. The bindings for
`vim::BeforeNormal` in replace mode were being overwritten and several
other steps required for action repetition were not performed. Finally,
the cursor adjustment after re-entering normal mode was duplicated
(`vim::BeforeNormal` was now triggered correctly) so I removed the
special case for replace mode.

This changes the vim::MoveToNextMatch event callback to open the
buffer_search toolbar. This fixes an issue where highlights would appear
which were only cancellable by opening then closing the toolbar.

This cleans up the neovim-backed vim tests:
- removed exempted tests (we'll rely on bug reports to find missing edge
cases)
- moved all assertions into non-async fn's so that failures are
reporting on the right file/line
- removed the NeovimBackedBindingTestContext
- renamed a few things to make them clearer
- reduced the number of permutations tested in some cases to reduce
slowest test from 60s to 5s

There are two issues:
- When there are no more matches, the next repetition still moves the
cursor to the left. After that, the recording is cleared. For this I
simply move the cursor to the right, but it doesn't work when the cursor
is at the end of the line.
- If `cgn` is used when there are no matches, it cleans the previous
recorded actions. Maybe there should be a way to revert the recording.
This also happens when using `c` and `esc`

This PR adds support for `ap`/`ip` text objects in Vim mode and allows
users to perform paragraph-based operations.
Cases where compatibility with Neovim's behavior is checked, cases where
there are known differences in behavior with Neovim (cases where the
landing position is other than the beginning of the line), and cases
where the Neovim behavior in the test suite seems strange are separated
in the test code so that they can be identified.

- When running "dtx" on "ˇabcx", the range to delete is 0 -> 2 ("abc")
- When running "dtx" on "abˇcx", the range to delete is 2 -> 2 ("c"), so
`new_point == point` and the function incorrectly returns `None` and "c"
is not deleted
- We need to disambiguate between the "not found" case and the "found
immediately to the right" case
- This bug does not apply to the backwards case ("dTx")
