Update tree-sitter-bash to 0.25.1 (#44009)

With the merging and publishing of
https://github.com/tree-sitter/tree-sitter-bash/pull/311 , we can now go
ahead and update the version of `tree-sitter-bash` that Zed relies on to
the latest version.

Closes #42091
