Remove !jupyter context for cmd-enter (ctrl-enter for linux) key binding (#15133)

Since zed has done away with `cmd-enter` binding for `repl::Run`
[#15026](https://github.com/zed-industries/zed/pull/15026), I think this
is no longer needed.
