itsmattkc 70d34c674b core: switch to single-project implementation 
This has never worked right, it's caused a number of complexities within the code, and I think there are better ways to do this.

itsmattkc aa6b77f800 exporttask: snap to timebase when exporting video 
This is a bit of a hack to prevent #2119 from causing problems. The reality is this probably requires a deeper re-think of how the timeline should and shouldn't work - this issue is more of a symptom of something deeper than a simple bug in and of itself.

itsmattkc aff4f03307 serializer: compress project files 
XML can seriously balloon out of control with larger projects, but since it's text, it can be compressed very heavily.

We should perhaps provide a project decompression function to allow people to continue editing the XML if they want.
