Apparently the AppDir process changes the olive-editor binary
enough to break the symbols. As such, they must be made after
creating the AppDir but before creating the AppImage.

* Add missing xcb-util-* packages. Qt's libqxcb.so seems to require them in the newer Qt version
* Adjust breakpad install prefix to match CMake change
* Add build script for Olive for quick testing
* .n in CI image actually stands for image revision
* skipping the CI is now supported natively by GitHub Actions

This includes branches from forked repos.
Packages and debug symbols are not uploaded to the website, but artifacts can be accessed by any authenticated GitHub user until they expire (current 90 days).
