preliminary google crashpad integration

First attempt at automated out-of-process crash reporting. Have only
updated AppVeyor script so far, so if this works (which it won't), it'll
only work on Windows.

renderer: fixed bug that would render frames even after hash matching

Also enables the -Wshadow GCC warning to warn against the code bug that
caused this issue (and has caused other issues like it in the past).

slider: use custom dragging code on mac
...
The slider dragging implementation used for other platforms caused issues on
macOS. We now have a custom Mac implementation that doesn't cause problems, and
is arguably better than the other implementation anyway.

We don't develop with MSVC, we only use it for Windows builds so constantly
having to synchronize the warnings between it and GCC seems like a waste of
time.

diskmanager: clearing disk cache at runtime will correctly signal renderers
...
Clearing the disk cache in the preferences will correctly communicate to
renderers that those frames are now deleted.
