Thomas Wilshaw 3f0768a1cc Add support for transitions when loading OTIO files 
OTIO transitions are now added to the timeline as cross dissolves with
the appropriate in/out points,

Also added a safety check when dealing with media references.

Simran 9d029c4ae4 Docker: Add more & update libraries for FFmpeg (#1279) 
* Fix error: x265 not found using pkg-config

Need to checkout tag or fetch tags, see https://bitbucket.org/multicoreware/x265_git/issues/572/pc-file-is-not-generated

* Add libs ogg, vorbis, theora, webp, xvid, openjpeg, png to ffmpeg

* ffmpeg x265 uses libnuma (but optional)

ci-common image not updated yet, pkg-config error resolved by checking out a tag. Installing libnuma was a suggested fix here: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/51918409/compiling-ffmpeg-x265-not-found-using-pkg-config

* Add Docker Images readme

Simran 472913610a Docker: Add ci-otio image (#1278) 
This includes both, the Python and C++ version. We basically just need the headers and libopentime(line).so

* Add label for VFXPLATFORM_VERSION
* org.opencontainers.image.licenses defaults to GPL-2.0-only?!

Thomas Wilshaw 4ddc659335 MediaInput: Rename streams access methods. 
Change MediaInput::footage() to MediaInput::stream() and
MediaInput::SetFootage() to MediaInput::SetStream() as they access
streams not footage.

Also update all instances of access methods to reflect this change.

Thomas Wilshaw 7281806c38 Fix #1271 Duplicate Keyframed Node 
When nodes with keyframes were copied their parent NodeInput was not
set properly leading to a segfult when key->GetParent was called in
KeyframeViewItem::UpdatePos().

This fix properly sets parent_ when keys are copied.

Thomas Wilshaw 70455c1501 Fix building without OTIO support 
Added a new CMake flag that stops any OTIO related cpp files being
built.

Added extra #ifdefs to catch any OTIO related code in other cpp
files.

Thomas Wilshaw b676f2f8b6 Fix #1252 
Checks if the SampleBuffer is valid before trying to extract its
packed data. If it is not valid Olive writes blank segments instead.

If the matrix has non-unique keys, then an artifical unique key is required in order to match the correct include element, or the last one will overwrite other non-unique
