Keep only development utility scripts useful for GPUI:
- clippy (linting)
- linux dependency installation
- crate version helpers
- new-crate template
- metal-debug for macOS GPU debugging

Removed Zed-specific scripts for:
- Release management and bundling
- Collab server deployment
- Extension system
- Database management
- GitHub automation
- Theme importing
