- [ ] Fix `IconPosition` on button (should swap the icon side)
- [ ] Add conditional tooltip for disabled "Send feedback" button.
- [ ] Add common/top feedback link.
- [ ] Add `vw`/`vh` units to allow sizing the modal based on viewport
size.
