Rajesh MalviyaandMikayla Maki 80b80dfa78 gpui: Switch to x11rb (#9113) ...

Switch to using `x11rb` crate instead of current `xcb` crate for gpui's
x11 platform.

Also fixes the crash on resize, and white flashing on resize.
