finalized very, very basic OTIO support
...
Ironed out various project and footage loading issues, and a single
cache invalidation issue.

Fix building without OTIO support
...
Added a new CMake flag that stops any OTIO related cpp files being
built.
Added extra #ifdefs to catch any OTIO related code in other cpp
files.

task: massively simplified task system
...
Made various changes and fixes to the task system:
- Tasks are built around QtConcurrent rather than QThread. Reduces
code complexity significantly.
- Task error reporting is now streamlined in both TaskManager and
TaskDialog.
- Moved ProjectImport/Save/LoadManager to the app/task folder
