scopes: don't use shared context
OpenGL shared contexts (through Qt at least) seem to be buggy. Scopes have been
shifted to a non-shared approach as a result.

renamed viewerglwidget to viewerdisplaywidget
Initially this class was named to provide the possibility of supporting other
APIs, however this abstraction has been done with a base class instead.
