itsmattkc 7795d42347 moved block links to node links
Seems like it might be useful to have this as part of the node architecture as a whole

itsmattkc 181235f6ce began new infrastructure
Yep, this is another one of my "famous" sweeping rewrites. Expect things to break.

Goals for this are:
- Greatly simplify node connections (particularly with arrays) so the code requires less maintenance/is more stable
- Redesign node structure to address issues where UI would stall for lengthy periods of time
- Less reliance on shared ptrs/greater reliance on QObject system for inheritance/memory management
- General code cleanup and improvements

itsmattkc 75d4cd899b use hardcoded namespace
The macro defined namespaces confused the hell out of lupdate and more or less broke translations permanently. Looks like the only way we can do it is to have a hardcoded namespace, which goes against my instinct, but honestly how likely is it that we'll change the namespace anyway (I guess forks might want to do it, but that's their problem ;) )

Thomas Wilshaw 9d27d557cd Replace custom unlink with BlockUnlinkAllCommand
Re-use existing unlink command and move all the unlinking code to
NodeRemoveCommand to cover all bases (deletion of a block in the
timeline or in the node editor).

Thomas Wilshaw e09afd7f68 Fix Issue#1241
When a Block node was deleted its linked blocks were not unlinked
which caused a crash when the user tried to select a linked block.
This fixes the issue by ensuring all links are removed when a Block
node is delete.

Undo/redo is also supported.

itsmattkc f73c41d3fa various: implemented multiple project support
This required various changes to various parts of the infrastructure (mostly
using paths to finding the "root project" of any given object throughout).
Now theoretically infinite projects can be opened and accounted for at any
given time.

itsmattkc 1aa87cbda6 various: encapsulate all code in the olive namespace to avoid name collisions
Large-scale code cleanup. Also adds a license to the top of all files that were
missing it.

itsmattkc ce889f68d5 nodeview: allow users to place a node on an edge to automatically connect it
between the two nodes

UI convenience. Edge highlights when the cursor is in range to perform this
action.

itsmattkc 323718bc11 moved timeline undoable commands to using the new NodeAddCommand
Previous iteration used some "magic code" that added clips automatically to the
timeline. This was functional but ultimately outside of the undo commands'
control meaning nodes could be infinitely added and abandoned. This makes the
add process part of the undo command which means it's all undoable as the user
would expect.
