timelineview: removed "end item"

This was written as a hack to force our QGraphicsScenes to larger sizes. Turns
out it was completely unnecessary and can be done better.

all time-based panels are now derived from a common base class
...
Cuts down on a lot of duplicate code between
TimelineWidget/ViewerWidget/CurveWidget/NodeParamView
and TimelinePanel/ViewerPanel/CurvePanel/ParamPanel since they all use similar
time functions.

implemented vertical "zooming" in the TimelineWidget and CurveView
...
This comes in the form of changing the vertical scale in the CurveView and
adjusting all track heights in the Timeline.

moved some timelineview functions into a timelineviewbase for reusing

Later classes will feature similar functionality to the TimelineView, moving
them to a base class that can be easily reused seems like a good idea.

implemented speed/duration dialog and most of its functionality
...
An earlier commit implementing media in and out parameters was primarily for
this addition. A simple control dialog for the clip's speed presentation
reimplemented from the old codebase.
