The build of Olive under Arch Linux (package "olive-git") crashes in the file "app/dialog/sequence/sequencedialogpresettab.cpp".
GCC tries to look for the directive "AV_CH_LAYOUT_STEREO", but cannot find it, because the source code has no reference to the header "render/audioparams.h".
The following link contains more details about the error: https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/olive-git#comment-852760

It's arguably not finished in that each API has parameters that users may want control over (e.g. ASIO latency), but it allows selecting devices again which is a necessity
This commit also switches to shared ptrs because this dialog has caused a surprising amount of memory-related mistakes that it really ought not to and ptrs will take a lot of the memory management burden off us.
Adds a table of sequences in the OTIO file and allows the settings to
be changed. The dialog takes a list of sequences and relies on each
OTIO timeline having a unique name.
The dialog has to be called from the main thread so there is a wrapper
function in Core.
Qt's audio system has served us well, but it's a little limited moving forward. PortAudio is a mature and versatile library that will allow for better audio for users.
