itsmattkc f73c41d3fa various: implemented multiple project support
This required various changes to various parts of the infrastructure (mostly
using paths to finding the "root project" of any given object throughout).
Now theoretically infinite projects can be opened and accounted for at any
given time.

itsmattkc 1aa87cbda6 various: encapsulate all code in the olive namespace to avoid name collisions
Large-scale code cleanup. Also adds a license to the top of all files that were
missing it.

itsmattkc baf3fbde05 global: made every user action set a project "modified" state that will prevent
the main window from closing instantly

itsmattkc dae09abf45 use speed value instead of media out value
This functions more or less identically to using a media out value, but the
desired speed is preserved through block length changes, even if the block's
length is reduced to zero (i.e. no rounding errors).

itsmattkc 62f9e55609 implemented foundational reversed block code
Ensured renderers can handle clips that are reversed.

itsmattkc b308f753b3 with Block::set_length_and_* functions, keep the speeds correct
With differently set speeds, these functions would mess with the timing in ways
that would be confusing to the user. Now they act in a much more intuitive way
and also prevent negative media times.

itsmattkc 29ae366659 improved speed/duration implementation
This functionality is almost complete minus the reverse speed and any of the
audio implementation.

itsmattkc d4ee33405b implemented speed/duration dialog and most of its functionality
An earlier commit implementing media in and out parameters was primarily for
this addition. A simple control dialog for the clip's speed presentation
reimplemented from the old codebase.
